Once you have completed this application, please head over to our Store Page to purchase your exhibitor table and/or sponsorship level. Descriptions of what is available can be found on this application, as well as on the store page.

Snack Break Sponsor: Your company name will be on a sign at snack breaks; Level 1 is only for snack breaks on Day 1 of the conference; Level 2 is all snack breaks on both days of the conference.:
Snack break Level 1 - $125 (Company name appears on sign for Day 1 Snack Breaks)
Snack Break Level 2 - $250 (Company name appears on sign for all Snack Breaks + includes 1 exhibitor table)

Business Luncheon Sponsor: Business name will be on a sign at the luncheon, and sponsoring business will be thanked during the luncheon presentation.:
Bronze Level - $300 (includes 1 exhibitor table)
Silver Level - $400 (includes double-exhibitor table)
Gold Level - $500 (includes double-exhibitor table + logo on t-shirt)

President's Reception Sponsor: Business name will be on a sign at the reception, and sponsoring businesses will be thanked during the reception presentation.:

All exhibitor tables and sponsorship levels will be included in the conference guide presented to attendees. Logos will also appear on t-shirts of Gold-level sponsoring businesses/organizations. If you are purchasing a Gold-level sponsorship, please submit your application as soon as possible so your logo can be included on the t-shirt. Image files must be in jpeg, jpg, or png format.:
