Highlights from July 15, 2006 Board Meeting at Flatwoods Days Inn

WVCA Board of Directors met on July 15, 2006 at the Flatwoods Days Inn. There were eleven in attendance. Since the Board meets quarterly, this meeting is the first since the new Fiscal year. Much of the discussion was focused on the upcoming year. The board is working toward improving communication with counselors throughout the state with the goal of providing more services for our members. The first step toward this goal is the establishment of WVCA's website. The website is scheduled to be launched by the end of July. Charles Kuhn was presented with a gavel plaque for his service as President. The fall board meeting will be in October. Exact date and location will be announced.
